    Your firm has been placing or funding business deals for at least two years.

  • Volume every month

    You place business funding every month, not once or twice a year.

  • An encrypted website and a privacy policy

    Your site runs over HTTPS and publishes a privacy policy.

  • Business insurance

    You carry general or professional liability cover.

  • Straight dealing

    You quote the full cost, you do not stack fees, and you do not promise a deal you cannot place.

  • A U.S.-based business

    Your business is registered and operating in the United States.

Yes. Send the file to information@falconequity.ai with the subject "Partner enquiry". One application covers all seven products, and the desk tells you which one fits.

An Independent Sales Organization introduces business owners to a lender and helps assemble the file. Falcon treats an ISO the same as a broker: one desk contact, one application, the same answer on whether the file is placeable.

No. Falcon keeps neither list, so a file is judged on the business rather than its sector or location. Underwriting and approval still apply.
