Credit Repair & Loan Prep

A specialist reads both of your credit files, challenges what is wrong in them, and lines up the documents underwriting asks for — before the next application is the one that gets declined.

The basics

Two files, three scores, one decision

Which one is blocking you is the first thing a specialist works out — and it is rarely the one the decline letter names.

Personal credit report

The three consumer bureaus — Experian, Equifax and TransUnion — each hold their own version. Payment history, balances against limits, account age, mix and recent inquiries are what get scored. A lender reads this because the owner usually guarantees the debt.

Business credit file

Dun & Bradstreet scores payment behaviour as PAYDEX, 0–100, where 80 means paid on time. Experian Business and Equifax Business keep their own files. These are built from vendors that report, which is why a business with revenue but no tradelines still looks empty.

FICO SBSS

The score SBA 7(a) lenders use as a prescreen. It weighs personal and business credit together with time in business, revenue and cash flow, on a 0–300 scale. A bank term loan committee usually reads the same inputs under its own model.

Personal and business credit monitoring, challenge work and tradeline planning, sequenced around the date you actually need the money.

Credit Ready Business

A business credit plan run in-house: file set-up, vendor accounts that report, and the payment behaviour that moves PAYDEX.

Startup Capital Prep

Entity formation alongside personal credit work, for a venture with revenue ahead of it and no history behind it.

SBA & Term Loan Prep

Prep aimed at the two readers that score hardest: SBA 7(a) lenders and bank credit committees.

MBE, Veteran & WOSB Prep

Certification paperwork and credit preparation in one track, for owners selling to agencies and larger buyers.

Federal Contracting Prep

SAM registration and 8(a) guidance, paired with the credit file a federal award expects the business to hold.

Mortgage & Loan Prep

Personal credit work sequenced against a mortgage timetable, so the rate you are offered reflects the file you actually have on the day you apply.

Student Loan & Credit Plan

Refinance and consolidation options weighed alongside personal credit repair, in that order.

The Inquirer

Ongoing monitoring: continuous bureau tracking, alerts, and dispute support while the file is being worked.

Process

Four steps

Preparation, not a funding product. Challenges target what is inaccurate, duplicated, outdated or unverifiable, and nothing here promises a score, a timeline or an approval.

  1. Free consultation

One call, both files read out loud, and a straight answer about which one is the problem. No fee to talk and no obligation.

  2. Written plan

What to challenge, what to build, in what order, and what it costs — set out in writing before any work begins.

  3. Active work

Challenges, tradeline building and score work, with the specialist reporting what moved and what did not.

  4. Application

Once the file is ready it goes to the product that fits it, Falcon's or another lender's.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

No. Preparation changes what underwriting sees; it does not decide the outcome. A specialist will tell you when a product is wrong for your file rather than take an application that will fail.

The consultation is free. If a program fits, the fee is set out in a written contract before any work starts, with the total you will pay and your three-day right to cancel stated in it.

It depends on what needs correcting and how fast each bureau answers. A mortgage-timetable program is planned in months; business credit building takes longer because tradelines have to age. Nobody can give you a date in advance, and a specialist will say so.

No. Accurate and timely items stay. Challenges target what is inaccurate, duplicated, outdated or unverifiable.

Reading your own reports for a review does not. A lender's application can, which is one reason the review comes before the application.

No. Plenty of files go through prep because a bank or SBA application is next. If a Falcon product fits afterwards, a specialist will say so.

Yes, if a product fits the file you have today. Some do; the ones that do not are the reason the prep exists.
