Decentralized Business Financing

Some businesses now hold operating cash in digital dollars, are paid in them, or want to put an asset on a ledger so it can move. Falcon sets that up and runs it — onboarding, custody, controls and records — and explains the parts that carry risk before anything is switched on. You do not need to become the expert to use this.

Start here

Three things, in plain English.

A gold Bitcoin coin standing upright on a dark slate, with blurred streams of coloured data behind it.

Stablecoins

A stablecoin is a digital dollar. It is issued on a blockchain, designed to hold a value close to one US dollar, and it moves in minutes to anyone holding a wallet, on any day of the year. Businesses hold operating cash in them and pay suppliers and overseas staff without a bank sitting in the middle of every transfer.

Tokenization

Tokenization puts an asset on a ledger as a token — a building, a set of receivables, a fund position, or an ownership interest in the business itself. Once an asset is a token it can be divided, transferred and financed in ways a paper certificate cannot. The legal structure comes first and the token comes last, never the other way round.

DeFi

DeFi is lending, borrowing, trading and earning that runs on code instead of a bank’s back office. It is faster and it is open, and it fails differently: code bugs, forced liquidations, volatile collateral, oracle failures, thin markets, and rules that are still being written.

What we do

Five kinds of work, and where each one stops.

Explain how it works, and how it fails

The mechanics of smart contracts, exchanges, lending, staking, liquid staking and tokenized real-world assets, taught plainly. The risks are named in the same conversation rather than left for the fine print: smart-contract bugs, liquidations, volatility, oracle failure and regulatory uncertainty.

Work out whether it belongs in your business at all

We look at operational uses rather than returns: treasury held in digital dollars, payment rails, loyalty and membership programs, supply-chain tracking, and whether tokenizing a specific asset makes commercial sense. The test is process, efficiency, customer engagement and risk management — not investment performance.

Set up the technology and the operations

Wallet security and self-custody basics, what a smart contract does and does not guarantee, integrations, and how to read a protocol’s documentation, audit or front end for the risks a user actually faces. We explain the trade-offs and we do not recommend positions.

Build utility, not speculation

Membership, access, loyalty, collectibles, brand community tools — structures whose purpose is using the product rather than holding an asset for profit. Marketing and structure still go through legal review before launch.

Answer the factual questions

Protocol and market research on public data — total value locked, volumes, how a protocol is actually built — so your decision rests on facts rather than a thread on social media.

Where it fits

Four situations where this is worth a conversation.

Receipts spread across wallets, exchanges and networks, no clear owner, no clean records for the bookkeeper. We consolidate it, put it under controls and make it auditable.

Digital assets, receivables or equipment you would rather borrow against than liquidate. The asset stays yours and the liquidity comes from it.

Cash earning nothing while the business carries a credit line. We look at whether putting the idle portion to work is worth the operational risk — and we will tell you when it is not.

A building, a set of receivables, a fund position. We structure the legal wrapper first, with counsel, and the token comes after it — not before.

What this is not

The lines we do not cross.

We do not recommend positions and we do not advise on which asset to hold. Our work is education, structure and operations.

Nothing on this page is an APY, a yield target or a forecast, and none appears in a Falcon agreement for these services. Outcomes on anything deployed on-chain are variable and can be lost.

Falcon Equity Group does not hold client assets. Digital assets sit with independent, regulated third-party qualified custodians that the client selects; our work is the selection, the controls and the records around them. Who holds them, in whose name, and which people can approve a transfer is written down and shown to you before anything moves.

Securities, money-transmission and custody rules apply, and they change with the structure and the state. Falcon assists clients in structuring vehicles and documentation; it does not offer, sell or distribute tokenized interests or other securities, and any stablecoin or digital-asset payment flow runs through licensed third-party partners rather than through Falcon. Utility-only structures still get legal review. Anything that cannot be documented cleanly does not get built.

If that is you, there is nothing here to structure yet, and the lending products are the right place to start.

There is no dashboard to buy. The explanation, the structure, the counsel and the controls are the service.

How we work

AI across the process, people on the decisions.

Artificial intelligence sits inside how we evaluate, prepare and monitor this work. It does not make a decision about your business, and it does not replace the specialist who does.

We leverage artificial intelligence across our core processes to deliver sharper insights, improved efficiency, and consistently high standards of service.

Process

Understand, structure, operate.

Understand

An education and fit conversation, not a pitch. Most first calls end with a clear answer either way.

You provide
What the business owns, how it holds money today, and what you want to be able to do.
You get
The mechanics in plain English, and a written view on whether this is worth doing at all.

Structure

The entity, the legal wrapper, the custody arrangement and the controls, designed together and reviewed by counsel. No token, no transfer and no rail is switched on before that is signed off.

You provide
Entity documents, financials, and a decision on who inside the business can approve a transfer.
You get
A written structure, the cost of running it, and the risks named in the same document.

Operate

Falcon onboards custody and the payment rails, connects them to your accounting, and stays on as the operating partner afterwards.

You provide
Access to the accounts the structure touches, and one named owner on your side.
You get
Documented controls, a monthly position report, and a named person at Falcon who answers the phone.

FAQ

Digital asset questions

No. That is not the service. We explain how things work, structure what the business needs, and run the operations. Any decision about an investment is yours, taken with your own advisors.

Integrating digital assets into how the business already holds and moves money: which accounts, which network, what stays liquid, and who can approve a transfer. It is the seamless integration of digital assets into your financial strategy.

No. Many conversations start with nothing on-chain. The first engagement is usually the explanation and fit conversation.

Digital assets are held by independent, regulated third-party qualified custodians selected by the client. Falcon Equity Group does not custody client assets. Which custodian, in whose name, and which people can approve a transfer is decided in the structure phase and written down before anything is transferred.

Services are provided by Falcon Equity Group LLC. Digital-asset related work is limited to structuring and advisory support; Falcon does not itself custody assets or act as a virtual-currency business.

Fees are scoped per engagement and may include a fixed consulting fee, a retainer, and/or a success-based component depending on the scope of work. The number is in writing before work starts, and nothing on this page is a price. Engagements are typically sized to justify the complexity of structuring and regulatory coordination; minimums are discussed confidentially once the scope is understood.

Digital assets sit inside securities, money-transmission and custody rules that change with the structure and the state. Each structure is built with counsel, and one that cannot be documented cleanly is not built. Falcon assists clients in structuring vehicles and documentation; it does not offer, sell or distribute tokenized interests or other securities to investors. Any stablecoin or digital-asset payment flow runs through licensed third-party partners.

Smart-contract failure, forced liquidation on volatile collateral, a stablecoin losing its peg, oracle failure, thin markets, counterparty failure, and regulation that is still moving. That list is the reason the structure phase exists.

A structure takes weeks, not days, and operations start after it. Anything digital-asset that promises the same day is skipping the legal work.

Then this is not the product. A merchant cash advance, term loan or line of credit is built for that and funds far faster. Start there, and come back to this when digital assets are actually part of how the business holds or moves money.
